Low Cost Counselling
We offer a means tested low cost counselling service to adults. Our service can even be offered for FREE to certain individuals. We provide 8 weekly, 50 minute sessions to work through anything you like, for example, depression, anxiety, loss, trauma and relationship breakdowns.
Teen Mentoring Service
We have a small team of staff & volunteers, trained in safeguarding and child mental health awareness, who all hold an enhanced DBS. Our team provide guided mentoring support for teens. To goal set, to enhance self-esteem and, in turn, allowing them to believe to achieve. Our service is open to children with ADHD diagnoses or present with behavioural challenges.
School & Community Awareness Projects
We work with schools, community centres, football clubs, young offenders’ institutions, probation etc, to spread the awareness of positive mental health, the importance of talking, addiction, toxic relationships and the importance of business, finance, and entrepreneurial mindsets. All speakers have life lived experiences in all topics spoken, so real, raw and authentic.
