WHO WE ARE

We’ve Got Your Back (WGYB) Support CIC is a community-led, not-for-profit organization based in Gravesham, Kent, dedicated to supporting families, children, and individuals facing hardship.

We believe that no one should struggle alone — which is why our Family Support Hub brings together a range of free, practical and emotional support services under one roof.

Our work includes:

  • Children’s Clothing Bank: Providing free, good-quality clothing and essentials for children and families in need.
  • Holiday Meals Project: Ensuring children have access to healthy food during school holidays when free school meals aren’t available.
  • Family Support & Signposting: Helping parents and carers access advice, referrals, and wellbeing support.
  • Free Counselling Placements: Offering a safe, confidential space for adults and young people through our trainee counsellor program.

At WGYB, we’re more than a support service — we’re a community. Our mission is to reduce hardship, promote emotional wellbeing, and create a network of care where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.

Caela plays a key role in running WGYB Support CIC, bringing warmth, organisation, and genuine care to every family and volunteer she supports.
