MAKE A REFERRAL

To make a referral to our service is straightforward, a referral form needs to be completed by either the individual, a service provider or relative/friend. You will find the link below to our referral form. Our spaces are limited, we do open a waiting list so would urge you to apply for a space on the course as soon as possible.

Currently we operate one course per week due to funding but hope to increase this in the near future.
